NOVELTY FOOTBALL COMPETITION FOR 2016 BATCH A

The series of events planned to mark the passout ceremony for the 2016 batch A corps members of Igbo Eze North Local Government in Enugu State was at its peak with the novelty matched arranged to commemorate the event. The Football match was hosted at M.C.S.S Ekposhi Football field with the 2016 Batch A against the 2016 Batch B corps members on Thursday 30th, 2017.
With all roads leading to the novelty match, it is important to note the streak of winnings recorded by the 2016 Batch A corpers who in 5 previous matches against different communities in the local government had won 4 in the last 2 months. March General CDS Project: Spelling Bee and Science Quiz Competition


THEME: BUILDING A BETTER FUTURE

The General C.D.S project by members of the National Youth Service Corps in Igboeze North Local Government area in Enugu State for the month of March featured a Spelling bee and a quiz competition for Secondary schools in the Local Government Area. 

There were 10 participating schools which provided 2 junior secondary students for the SPELLING BEE and 2 senior secondary students for the Quiz (Science and Mathematics) competition. The event which was hosted by the members of the 2016 Batch A and B,

MEDICAL OUTREACH 2017

Lots of people were left in awe when on the 1st of February 2017, the Corp members in Igboeze north local government area of Enugu state decided to give back to the society by providing FREE MEDICAL SERVICES to the people of Enugu-Ezike community. 

In what was a course championed solely by the doggedness of the corps members medical team and their colleagues, the people of the community trooped out enmasse to be diagnosed by Corper Dr. Akakabota Kelvin and
Lab scientist also a Corper and doubles as the PETS CDS President took

Biometric Clearance Started in Igbo-Eze North Local Government

On Wednesday, 1st of February 2017, the local government inspector, Mr. Okpara cleared the doubts of the many "Thomas" as to the rumored news on the introduction
of the bio metric Clearance method in the state.

This happened weeks after a training workshop for NYSC Inspectors from all the South East states was held in Enugu with the aim of getting them acquainted with the processes and procedures involved in the biometric clearance.
