of the bio metric Clearance method in the state.

This happened weeks after a training workshop for NYSC Inspectors from all the South East states was held in Enugu with the aim of getting them acquainted with the processes and procedures involved in the biometric clearance.

According to the Director-General, Brigadier General Sulaiman Kazaure, who said the training was meant to give participants the requisite knowledge in IT-based clearance and monitoring of Corps members, and to ensure smooth take-off of the process in the zone from February 2017.

At the time of this report, many of the corp member had been cleared but a few had minor problems as we understand that these problems may have originated from their registration to the scheme.
